Jonathan Rosen is a long time Colorado resident who has been a practicing attorney since 1993. Jonathan started his legal career as a public defender for the Denver municipal courts. He then maintained a successful private practice for several years before becoming of counsel to the firm of Recht & Kornfeld, P.C. in June of 2003. Jonathan has spent his entire legal career fighting for the rights of the criminally accused at both the trial court and appellate level.

 

Jonathan is also active in the Denver legal community. Jonathan has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver, School of Law and has also served on numerous committees including the Denver Community Court Task Force; the Committee on Mental Health Issues in the Denver County Courts; and the Denver Hoarding Task Force. Jonathan has also served as a speaker representing the Denver County Courts at presentations to schoolchildren concerning the role of the criminal justice system in our society.
