David Beller is a Colorado native, a member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar and licensed in Colorado State Courts and U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.

A graduate of Colorado State University, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree before earning his Juris Doctorate in Ohio. Prior to joining Recht & Kornfeld, he was a Colorado State Public Defender. He is an experienced attorney, having tried more than two dozen jury trials. David's trial experience ranges from felony assault, attempted murder, sexual assault, and solicitation for murder to DUIs, domestic violence and drug possession/distribution among others. He has also handled several 1st degree murder cases. Already in his career, David has earned a reputation as a skilled and talented attorney who devotes great compassion, attention and zeal to his client's legal needs.
