Rick Kornfeld has been named by Colorado Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in Colorado for 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Only five percent of the lawyers in the state are named by Super Lawyers.

Rick Kornfeld is a fourth-generation Coloradan who has tried cases in some of the nation's highest courts. He has been admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, the 7^th and 10^th Circuit Courts of Appeal and various federal courts, as well as the Colorado and Illinois Bars.

Before entering private practice, Kornfeld prosecuted white-collar, violent and organized crimes as an Assistant United States Attorney in Chicago. He now specializes in cases with international and federal implications. Rick is listed in the 2005-2009 editions of The Best Lawyers in America. In addition, he has been listed in the 2006-2008 editions of 5280 Magazine's Colorado Super Lawyers.

Kornfeld is active in the Colorado legal community and currently serves as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Denver Law School. He is also an instructor in Continuing Legal Education courses on trial tactics, criminal sentencing issues and Internet crime.
